Sing A Love Song
My dearest, darling love
Sing a song to me
That speaks sweetly of
Our love for eternity
When everything you do
Says to me it’s so
I love to hear you
Tell me what I know
The love that you give
Every day to me
Is for what I live
With gratitude to see
Written across you face
Spoken with your eyes
Erases all past disgrace
For within you lies
Such great love for me
God’s gift so undeserved
My need did He foresee
And had ’til now reserved!

so beautiful and romantic..
Thanks! I hadn’t written anything for Mark in a few days and felt I had neglected him, lol.
Aww. So sweet. I love writing things like that for people.
Thanks again, Hank. My hubby deserves every one of the love poems that I have written about him! I’ve had to great loves in my life, oddly enough they were both named Mark. I messed up the first one but I won’t let the second one slip away! He just smiles the biggest smile when I show him the newest poem that I’ve written. He knows how much I love him and visa-versa, lol! Peace
Thanks for the pingback! Always appreciated.
