Friday Evening Laughs
Little kitty cat mamma
loves watching tv drama
“Hey, look what I can do!
Don’t I look just like them too ?”
Daddy look!
Watch me swing!!
See how high
I can… ZING!
I just couldn’t resist putting this one on here! I love it, lol.
President Bush may not have been too swift on his feet
when it came to public speaking but man is he quick in
reaction time here!!
Once Again
So now once again
my love, my friend
We are joined together
as the perfect blend
Your soul and mine
which have no end
Are ever united for
our eternity to spend
My mate as created
by hands of Divine
Put on this earth
each other to find
What a glorious gift
by making you mine
As my perfect love
out of all mankind!

“family is realizing to be in a long line..”
and a glorious gift from the Divine
family is the sanctuary from any doubt
if a friend in the world you are without
family is knowing that long as I live
I always have someone my love to give…

I know that forever I will go on
As The Lost Man
Today I have felt
as the lost man
out in the woods
for long time span
While in a circle
round and round goes
and his hope
takes repeated blows
He kneels down defeated
and admits he’s lost
he prays to God
to ask the cost
“What must I do?
Please come save me
and I’ll follow You
my vow to Thee!”
As God hears him
with a Father’s love
sends an angel and
light of the Dove!
“I will always answer
if to Me you pray
for you’re My child
even when you stray!”

The Proposal – Part IX
“Miriam!”, daddy’s voice thundered louder than the storm of the previous night as mother and I both jumped.
I looked back down at her just in time to see her face was whiter than snow. Her lips were moving, trying to form the words, attempting to make the sound come out. It seemed like an eternity had gone by when she finally said, “BECAUSE HE’S HER BROTHER!” and then fainted dead away.
I was in shock! So were daddy and Adrian but I felt like I was going to faint right along side of mother. I quickly sat down before my knees could buckle on me. I was fanning mother, looked at daddy first, poor daddy I thought, and then I looked up at Adrian.
His mouth was gaping open for a split second, the confusion written all over his face, but then he began to chuckle. The longer he did, the louder it got until it was a full-blown, belly shaking, knee slapping laughter.
Now daddy and I were the ones with our mouths gaping! Mother revived just at that moment. Sitting up in the wagon, she stared at Adrian like she was looking at a ghost, a specter or some fictional creature that you didn’t believe until you saw it in front of you.
Daddy’s voice angrily roared at him, “Good God man! What ever could be funny about this?!”
Adrian took a few seconds to get his composure back. He had been laughing so hard that tears had formed in his eyes. “I truly am sorry for laughing, sir. Please forgive me but I could not help myself when I realized that you had said that you would accept my proposal if there were no valid reason not to and I was so happy with the thought of it that I didn’t think of how I would sound when I laughed.”
“You were happy with the thought but you don’t make any sense man! Did you not hear what Miriam said? You can’t marry your sister!”
“Of course not! That would be incest and a sin against God. But Savannah is not my sister and, Miriam, I am so sorry that you have had to live so long with this secret! No wonder you are always edgy. Yet, the truth of the matter is this, I am adopted! So whether or not you had an affair with my poor departed father is immaterial to my marrying Savannah since we can not possibly be related in blood!!”
My head was spinning. I looked at mother, who was staring at Adrian with eyes big as silver dollars. Then I looked at daddy. Very, very slowly a smile began to form on his face. A laugh started to rumble in his chest as he said to me, “Well, I guess you better start thinking about your wedding, Savannah!”
Mother was still in shock and amazement, at a total loss for words. I would have gotten enjoyment out of that had the circumstances been different. That’s when daddy spoke again, “Miriam, do you really think that I didn’t suspect about you and James? I have for a long time. I knew there were too many signs that you were…”

Friday Morning Animal Laughs
Doggie wants to play with cat
but cat says ratta-tat-tat!
There must not be any claws
left there in the cat’s paws
Because if she really did
doggie would have flipped his lid!
“Baby, please don’t go away!”
“Yes, darling, I will stay!”
I’ve never seen a cat
in a fish bowl
can’t believe he fit
in there whole!
