On Angel Cloud

Riding into life
on angel cloud
First child’s cry
was heard aloud
Through the air
as wings lift
We were given
the greatest gift
Sliding to us
on God’s rainbow
Setting our world
with love aglow
What could be
a better sign
Of heaven watching
in glory Divine
Forever to have
this treasured sight
As embodiment of
our joyous delight
This rainbow angel
flew along the way
To the hospital
on your birthday
And that moment
there in November
We’ve this picture
to always remember.

I received the follow comment the other day:
Aloha, i live in Hawaii, and have come across a picture that i had taken on the way to the hospital for the birth of our first child, a rainbow and what seems to be an angel with its wings sitting on or casting the rainbow, can i email it to you, i googled rainbow angel to see if or what it might mean, and here i am, my babies mother’s mom past away just over one year prior and at every event held for her a rainbow has shown rain or shine, and when we where driving to the hospital i had to pull over to take pictures then the rainbow seem to have followed us for some 15 miles so close you could touch its rays so i stopped to take more pictures, this was nov.9th 2011, it wasnt until two days ago that i had noticed this billiant white objest with wings the arch of the wings and the tips really blow my mind…makes me think what about God?
Today I received the above picture from Ron and wrote this poem for him to go with his picture.
Barrier Between

‘Twas the craziest thing
that I’d ever seen
when there had appeared
a barrier in between
A world of magic
and then this one
where pixies and fairies
were frolicking in fun
I tried touching to
see what it’d do
in the hopes maybe
I could pass through
But, alas, ’twas there
I could not go
to this other world
that I didn’t know
Which only served to
make me so sad
it was only a
fantasy to be had
As I watched those
little imps in play
wanting just to be
a child for a day
And let my imagination
carry me there to
the place in adulthood
I no longer knew
So the decision I
made in the end
was I’m not too old
for “let’s play pretend!”

Angel Of Christmas Joy

watches over every
girl and boy
Each mother, daughter
father and son
Since the day
it first begun
She sprinkles down
the Christmas snow
giving us a
winter wonderland aglow
With every single
and unique snowflake
floats a blessing
us to take
A Christmas gift
sent from above
by the Father
of all love!
