Hosting Funny Bunny Fridays
Jingle Poetry invited me to host the Funny Bunny Fridays @ The Purple Treehouse this past week. I am very honored and humbled that I would be thought of for this.
It is posted once a month on the 1st Friday. People can share whatever examples of humor they wish; whether it be jokes, stories, poems, limericks, etc.
I would like to invite you all to stop by sometime and join in the laughs.
Also, if you have something that you would like to share with the community, we would love to have you! Just stop by and follow the directions.
You can find us at the following link:

Peace, love and laughs,
Terri

Watching Crows
While I stand watching
the crows fly away
As the unfilled dreams
gone of my yesterday
I can not help
but to feel remorse
For all the times
I’ve veered off course
The fruition of them
I could have seen
In years I’ve lived
here in the between
From the past to present
there shoulda been more
Today is a far cry
than what I had hoped for
But with that being said
it is without any guess
That my life on earth
could have been much less
What it boils down to
is a matter of perspective
And I find in times
that I’m being reflective
What I desired from life
were material things to adore
Now I know without any doubt
God blessed me with much more!

A Is For Angels; Weekly Photo Challenge – A Archive
‘Tis an angel that comes
from my A archive
When because of them
I ‘m found here alive
Never have I been
a Guardian Angel without
Of this very fact
I have no doubt
For God Almighty does
charge them to be
A solicitous protection
in our mortality
It is their presence
my fear does relieve
And in the angels
will I forever believe
One day as a warning
on the shoulder touched me
The angel at near-death
I did instantly see
The battle for my soul
have they repeatedly won
And they’ll carry me home
when my life here is done!

Painted Through
You’ve colored my world
that once was gray
By painting it through
all along the way
Bringing it to life
and making it bright
While giving to me
a wealth of delight
What I had thought
was all but dead
You’ve brushed with blue,
green, yellow and red
Although your masterpiece
is not yet done
I know that I
have already won!
