When your feeling sad and life is lonely for you
don’t just sit there and cry shedding tears for two
think off something that would put a smile on your face
go and get it be part of the human race
when life feels lost and your feeling down
have a nice cuppa and gaze all around
and when darkness has set in it’s just the end
and test we must all go through
the conclusion of a part of life
and the start of something new
life can be full of hope and lots of happiness
it what you make of it so take a chance today
so don’t be worried and don’t be sad
because god made you special
and something special will come you way
just be patient and wait and see
for happiness will soon return to thee
and when it does the sun will shine on you
with a spring in your step
you will laugh and joke and say
bring it on life let’s go and play
do your worst life you wont upset me
my sadness has past i am as happy as can be
i am no longer sad and lonely
upset and angry for you
ive come through life’s little test
and i am smiling for you.

Time has come, my friend,
For us to round the next bend
Not the kids we used to be
We’ve grown up, you and me,
Into a love that’s without end!

Just Smile
When you are sad
even when you’re mad
can’t be that bad
smile you’ll be glad
When you wanna shout
don’t scream it out
for without a doubt
a smile turns it about
When your heart’s aching
and although it’s breaking
life is of your making
a smile’s for the taking
Stress on you they pile
up higher than a mile
don’t your every grievance file
but instead give a smile
Go on be a sport
no need to resort
to a snappy retort
just smile with a snort!

To Everyone You Meet
Just to give one smile
only takes a little while
To everyone that you meet
as you walk down the street
Because you do not know
as through this life you go
What they have been through
or what they have to do
And they might need a smile
to carry them that extra mile
As it becomes a treasure
that is without any measure
Now show them a bit of
our God in heaven’s love
Then you just might see
what you get for free
With that act of kindness
that’s so easy to express!
