I don’t know what else to say but, I’ve lost my motivation, enthusiasm and ambition as far as writing goes. I heard of people having writer’s block before but this isn’t really that, I don’t think.
For over a year, I worked on this blog almost exclusively. My other areas of interest fell by the wayside, especially my jewelry making.
Now it seems the tables have turned. I am really getting into that and have a hard time even getting online to write. When I do, I have to push myself to come up with something to write for you.
I would like to have a happy medium in here somewhere down along the line! I really would love to do both.
I have been suffering some bouts with anxiety and depression lately also, nothing to radical, so don’t worry.
I wanted to be sure to let you all know that I am still among the living :)!
Please forgive me for my neglecting you all. I’m doing my best to rekindle my drive, yet it shall be hit and miss for a while longer.

What about God? 
Dont worry Mother. i like to call it an overdose. take a few days off from ur blog. forcing urself to write will only make u resent it more. how do i know this? because it happens with me too 🙂 take a few days off. work on your jewellery making, take a trip, spend time with friends and family. and write only when u feel like writing 🙂 trust me it works. take care of urself Mother.
Sometimes, we do something so often that it becomes mundane. Not that loving and honoring God is any of those things. But – they are inbedded in our hearts and don’t need to be expressed so often. It may be time to do writing that may have to do with other aspects of your life. They say variety is the spice of life. We can’t do the same thing all the time and not have some dry spells. Find something that you want to express that new and invigorating and go for it. Your blog is your to express yourself. So – does it mean you are less christian or love God less because you have written something a bit different from what you were doing. I say spread you wings and fly litlle sparrow.

Enjoy making your jewelry 🙂 We all need a break sometimes… and whose to say, you’re interests may change and you enjoy other things more. Which is okay as well.
Hi Terry, I completely understand, as I have been contemplating taking a break myself. However, instead, I’m just moving slower around blog land…posting not as often and reading as much as I can, but less, which is frustrating, because I don’t want to miss everyone posts. But, I can’t keep up with all of them, either. My time for blogging isn’t what it used to be a year ago. Next month will be my 1 year anniversary, so I have to throw a party for that! Anyway, I’m sorry to hear about your anxiety and depression and although we only know each other virtually, please know you are in my prayers and whatever decision you make, do it for you! Make sure you’re happy and cared for. Don’t worry about blogging. I think it’s good to take a break from technology once in awhile. Call it “cleansing.” 🙂
